How are MinusL Desserts made?
MinusL Milk pudding
In a large mixing tank, lactose-free pudding is made from whole milk, cream, lactase an other high-quality ingredients. Delicious cocoa powder is used to poduce chocolate pudding and vanilla in the form of natural vanilla aroma and vanilla seeds is correspondingly used for vanilla pudding. After it has been heated and cooled, the finished pudding is filled into cups.
MinusL Semolina pudding
MinusL lactose-free semolina pudding is made similar to the way lactose-free milk pudding is made, except that the best wheat semolina is added to the other pudding ingredients. Once it has been heated and has cooled down the mixture is then filled into pots. To produce the lactose-free semolina pudding spiced with cinnamon, a scrumptious cinnamon sauce is additionally blended in prior to filling the pots.
MinusL Light & fluffy Cream pudding
MinusL Light & fluffy cream pudding is made from lactose-free cream. In contrast to the other lactose-free desserts, it is whipped with nitrogen. This gives it its light, airy consistency. Beef gelatine is used in MinusL Light & fluffy Cream pudding.
Please note that products can vary in terms of their recipes and nutritional values. It is therefore possible that you receive commercially available products during transitional phases that bear the same product designation and optically identical packaging presentation yet contain and display either the new or the old recipe/nutritional values. The information made available to you online is updated by us with the greatest diligence on an ongoing basis and kept up to date. However, due to the abovementioned reason it can occur that the ingredients and nutritional values for a given product indicated here online differ from those on the product packaging.
This is the reason why all information listed on the product packaging is ultimately definitive and must be strictly observed.
