60andful of fresh herbs: thyme, oregano, and basil
120 g usL Emmentaler, slices
250 g flour
1/2 TSP salt
1 TSP baking powder
4 TBSP olive oil
200 ml usL Milk

Preheat the oven (circulating air) to 180 °C. Brush the cups of the muffin tray with oil.

Wash the spring onions, clean and chop finely. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck and also chop finely. Cut the cheese into small pieces.

Mix the flour with the salt, herbs, spring onions, baking powder and 80 g of cheese.

Whisk the oil together with the milk and eggs. Quickly stir in the flour mixture and fill the mixture into the cups. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 utes until golden brown. Take out of the oven, leave to cool a little and remove from the tray.
